Ci (Tabithia Brautigan)

Quote: “Things do not look so good for you.”

Background: Tabithia, and her twin brother Theodore, grew up in the era surrounding World War 2.  Her parents were of Welsh descent, but Tabithia, Theodore, and their mother lived in London while her father fought the Germans in parts unknown.  During the Blitz, Tabithia became separated from her family and stumbled upon a Morai cult to hide from the German bombs.  The Moirai “searched” for Ci’s family, and told her that her mother and brother were found dead.  They would take care of her.  She grew up in the foster care of the Moirai before becoming adopted by her sire a decade later, whom she has forgotten.  The Moirai sent her and many others throughout the world to New York to set about the fall of the Prince of New York.  Due to her not unnoticed actions in the plot, the new Carthian Prince of Brooklyn invited her to become his Hound.  She is still somewhat active with the Circle of the Crone, but mostly through her Moirai contigents.

Description:  Most onlookers see Ci as a cute young woman, and some can pick out a lineage hailing from the British Isles.  She wears her mouse brown hair at ear length to show off her many-pierced ears.  Ci’s eyes are perhaps her most striking feature.  They are dark gray, like a long overcast day, but she looks at people as if she does not really see them.  Or rather, she is seeing their next action, not their current one.  At the rare ritual she will wear a simple light gray robe with nothing underneath.  When that comes off, only then will anyone else see the intense blue tattoos drawn like spidery fractals all over her body.  She would be played by Alissa Milano.

Storytelling Hints: Ci is a Hound of seemingly unquestioning loyalty, much to the chagrin of the Circle.  This loyalty is only second, and secretly so, to the Moirai.  However, the Moirai of New York have been largely disorganized since the recent shakeup with the fall of the Prince of New York.  She is not feared as an assassin, so much as a witch.  She rarely applies brute force (although if she does be prepared to be in shreds) because she much prefers to scare the target with divinations and known secrets.
